1. At the top of each page – you will notice a yellow stripe. This is a text advertisement. You may place an ad here. When someone clicks on that ad – it will go directly your web site. It is easy to set up – and very effective. All you need to do is supply us with what you would like to say – and your web site address, that´s it.
To keep administration prices down – and to give you the best value for your advertising dollar (or Cordoba) – we have 2 options:
- Advertise for 6 months at $75 per month – $450 total
- Advertise for 12 months at $50 per month – $600 total
2. On each web page – on the bottom right hand side – you will notice banner ads being displayed. These are 120 by 600 – which are the most common size banner ads. You would create a banner ad for your business. We would put it on our site. When someone sees your banner ad – and they click on it – it would take them to your site. It is another simple yet very effective marketing tool.
You would create your own banner ad – or have a company do it. If you would like to use a company that we do – let us know. They could create for you a very dynamic full color banner ad for about $25.

3. Every week we send out 3 emails to our subscribers. On Monday´s and Thursday´s are the latest Nicaragua real estate headlines – and on Tuesday´s are the hottest Nicaragua real estate listings.
In that email – you may place a very simple text advertisement (much like #1 from above) that would have your web site address in it for interested people to click on. Once they do – they are taken to your site.
To keep administration prices down – and to give you the best value for your advertising dollar (or Cordoba) – we have 1 option:
- Place the same advertisement and web site link for 1 week (3 total times) to every one signed up to receive our latest real estate headlines and hottest real estate listings – $100 total for the week.
Payments may be made by Paypal, credit card, e-check, direct payment from your checking account, or we will consider trading advertising on Live and Invest in Fortaleza for your site.
